I believe everyone should buy this coffee. It holds a very special place in my hearth. I first brewed this farm exactly 10 years ago. When I first got into coffee. This really shaped my interest in coffee. Brazil, often seen as a boring origin. But its not the case. Its a deep, rich and also sweet cup. Cosy mornings with this in hand once you nail the ratio and grind size. There isn’t much more reward for me.
This one, reduce the dose, the temp (92c) and around 4 pulse pours.. you'll get an amazing cup. imagine a sweet cherry ripe, wrapped in chocolate.
