Stewed Mango, Grilled Peach & Tonka Bean
For those following us over the years, you’ll know were a sucker for natural Ethiopians. Especially in the early days when they was big, sweet & funky. Sadly, those times are behind us. Yet, Ethiopia has since become a lot cleaner mirroring more those washed coffees we love but with more sweetness and deeper notes.
These coffees do lend to being more user friendly especially for those brewing with pressure.
