Rum, Raisins & Tropical Fruits
We don’t buy a lot of Ugandan coffee. Not because its not good but at the same time its fresh harvest is here we also have Ethiopia and kenya. With us being so fond of those origins its sometimes hard to squeeze in Uganda. But this one stood out to us. Kenyan varietals fermented without oxygen then dried naturally.
I tasted spiced rum, creamy vanilla and blackcurrant. A very interesting profile. We’ve bought a few KG for espresso too!
